Why we’ve loved living here

Initially, we moved to Park Fairfax because of the proximity to shops, restaurants, and Washington, DC.

We quickly realized that our courtyard home with tree-top views was much more than a place to commute to and from. It was home, in every sense of the word.

While the convenient location was certainly a plus, the community gave us more than we expected. There are numerous amenities and community events that gave us a warm welcome.

Many days, we walked thru the lovely gardens to the various tot-lots and really appreciated the nearby Beverly Park "pit" playground.

We've enjoyed updating our home, especially the kitchen. Our light and airy living space was the wonderful hub of our busy lives.

While we're sad to leave our courtyard, we're sure the new owner will enjoy our Park Fairfax community as much as we did.
